- Take a big bowl put stainer over it and add all the dry ingredients plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt and sieve it. Now preheat big pot adding salt in the bottom than put stand in it and preheat for 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Now add butter or oil, Vanilla extract, lukewarm milk coffee powder and beat it slowly without any lumps.
- Now pour batter in cake pan and place it in preheated pot. Bake it for 45-50 minutes, first 5 minutes on medium heat and then on low flame and than check with tooth pick it is cooked or not.
- Let it cool down completely and decorate it as per your choice. I decorate it with chocolate syrup and white chocolate chips.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
