  9. you are gonna need a bigger bowl to add wet ingredients and stir in dry ingredients.
  10. fold in the mixed fruits and wine mixture
  11. pour into an aluminium pan and place in oven; lowering oven to 275°F
  12. bake 2 hours or until knife comes out clean
