  8. Bake in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes. (For our gas oven, I baked for 18 minutes.) Take the cake out of the mold and let cool.

  11. I divide the financiers, put them in a plastic bag add a paper doily, staple it and seal it with a sticker.
  12. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
