  5. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence to butter-oil mixture.Whisk well.
  6. Add flour little by little and mix.Add milk little by little also.Do not over mix the batter.
  7. Transfer to the baking tin.
  8. Meanwhile preheat an oven at 180 °c for 10 minutes.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes.Check with toothpick method.
  10. Let it cool on cooling rack.
  11. Slice into pieces and serve with tea.
