  1. For preparing coffee water : take a bowl and add water and coffee powder and boil it. As keep aside for cool down in room temperature.
  2. For boiling dark chocolate(for middle layering of biscuit) : take a non-stick pan and add milk-dark chocolate and stir continues till it melts. If required then add milk and stir well. And keep aside for cooling down.
  3. Coating dark chocolate on biscuit layers : take a non-stick pan and add sugar free dark chocolate and stir continuously. And if required add 5-6 tbsp milk and stir well with whisker.(make sure that flame of gas is low while melting dark chocolate.)
  4. For making chocopie cake : take a dish and put mariebiscuit. Once melted milk-dark chocolate is cool down then top it with thin layer of melted dark chocolate on marie biscuit. Stack it on top with another marie biscuit again apply thin layer of melted dark chocolate and cover ot with marie biscuit.
  5. Now, only at the top layer of biscuit apply coffee water with using brush. And keep chocopie in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes biscuit layers are stick with each other then, in the melted sugar free dark chocolate put biscuit layers and coat it with dark chocolate. And put it in silver foil or butter paper. Garnish it with finely chopped almonds, pistachios and walnuts.And keep refrigerate for 2 hours.
