Keeping in mind the Christmas spirit we tried to come up with our own family recipe in our favorite magic, Instant pot. Very easy to make Maple Walnut Ice Cream Cake with a delish Maple praline topping. This ice cream cake is decadent and delicious. It is super easy to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients or even an ice cream maker.

- Make ready 1/4 cup walnut (dry-roasted)
- Prepare 2 tbsp Tooti-frooti
- Make ready 2 tbsp dried berries (optional)

- Make ready 1 cup strawberry ice-cream
- Make ready 2/3 cup maida
- Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp milk

- Take 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Make ready 1 pinch pink food colour (optional)
- Prepare For chocolate ice-cream mixture
- Prepare 1 cup chocolate ice-cream
- Take 2/3 cup maida
- Get 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Prepare 1 tsp baking powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp oil/butter
- Make ready 1 tbsp milk
I like it best topped with caramel sauce or honey. Pour into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. When ice cream is done, fold in walnuts, and transfer to. Stir ice cream with spoon until spreading consistency.
Instructions to make Walnut Ice-cream Cake:
- In a bowl, add strawberry ice-cream and melt it down by microwaving it for 1 min. Then keep a strainer over the bowl and add all the dry ingredients like, maida, baking powder & powdered sugar. Strain them and mix everything well.
- Then add butter and milk and mix everything well once again. Now add a pinch of pink food colour and finally whisk everything well. Now keep this pink mixture (strawberry ice-cream mixture) aside.
- Now let's come to chocolate ice-cream mixture. In a bowl, add chocolate ice-cream and melt it down by microwaving it for 1 min. Then keep a strainer over the bowl and add all the dry ingredients like, maida, baking powder & powdered sugar. Strain them and mix everything well as you did in pink mixture above.
- Then add butter and milk and finally whisk everything well. Now keep this chocolate mixture (chocolate ice-cream mixture) aside.
- Now add 1 tbsp of tooti-frooti, 1 tbsp of chopped roasted walnuts and 1 tbsp of dried berries in each of the mixture. Now mix everything well and keep both the mixtures aside.
- Now let's do the pre-heating first. For that, take a kadai with it's base covered with salt and a stand over it. Cover it and pre-heat the kadai for 5 mins on high flame and then 3 mins. on medium flame.
- Now grease a cake-tin with some oil and place a butter paper over it. Now pour 1 tbsp of each mixture alternatively, as shown in the image below. Repeat the same process until the batter is poured completely into the cake tin.
- Now with the help of a stick, insert it & make swirls from within, as shown in the image below. Just insert a stick and randomly make swirls. It would form a design automatically. Now sprinkle some chopped roasted walnuts and some tooti-frooti over it.
- Now place the cake-tin over the stand and cover it immediately. Bake it on a low flame for about 45 mins.
- Then switch off the flame. Let it cool down completely & then demould it. Enjoy this unique melt-in-mouth cake with a twist of ice-cream and with a crunch of walnuts…..
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
When ice cream is done, fold in walnuts, and transfer to. Stir ice cream with spoon until spreading consistency. Spoon and spread into ladyfinger-lined pan. Working quickly spoon and spread fudge topping over ice cream. And it's seriously, seriously good! and you don't even have to use an oven!
