- In a deep kadhai/ cooker put salt and let it heat for 10 minutes
- Grease a cake tin/ any steel container and pour the chena mixture in it.
- After preheating the kadhai, put a stand and pur container over it. Cover and let it bake for about 30.35 minutes
- Demould once cool enough to touch.Garnish with some nuts and cardamon.
