- For Rabdi: Add 1-liter milk in a pan Bring it to a boil by stirring once it's boiled stir continuously until milk reduces to 500 ml or half. Now add saffron milk green cardamom powder and sugar and mix well. Once your milk is thick, switch off the flam and your Rabdi is ready.
