  2. Get Baking soda- 1/2 tsp Baking powder- 1/2 tsp Cornflour- 1 tbsp Saffron- 8-10 strands sooji- 25 grams Full fat milk- 200 ml Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
  3. Get Ghee- 70 ml Rose water- 1 tbsp
  4. Prepare For sugar syrup- Sugar- 40 grams Water- 25 ml Lemon juice- 1 tsp Saffron- 8-10 strands Rose water- 2 tsp or rose essence few drops Pistachios for garnish

Gulab jamun is a quintessential Indian dessert, and here it's been transformed into a much simpler Bundt cake. Steps to make Gulab jamun bunt cake:
  1. Mix all dry ingredients and keep aside. Mix milk with lemon juice and keep aside for 15-20 mins. Once milk mix is ready, add ghee and rose water to it. Now slowly add the milk mix to the dry ingredients and whisk only until all lumps dilute and you have a smooth batter. (Around a minute)
  2. Put in Bundt moulds and bake in preheated oven at 160 degree C for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool for around 10-15 minutes and de- mould on a wire rack and keep it on a plate/tray.
  3. Sugar Syrup: Mix all ingredients and bring to boil. Then simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the syrup is sticky but not thick. Use this syrup to pour on the cakes. You may have to do this 2-3 times until all the syrup is soaked by the cake. Garnish and serve!
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
