Instructions to make Chocolicious cake:

  2. Sift all the dry ingredients 3-4 times. Keep them aside

  8. Cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now mix both of them properly and let the ganache come to room temperature then keep inside the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  9. Cut the cake sponge into three parts. Place the first part on the cake board and soak with sugar syrup and apply a layer of ganache on it. Similarly, apply for the 2nd layer and finally the last layer also. Then cover the whole cake with ganache properly.
  10. Decorate the cake with gems on top and KitKat on the sides to cover the cake properly. Tie the cake with a red satin ribbon.
