- Grease the oven based bowl with oil or butter.and sprinkle the flour to avoid stickiness.preheat the oven to 180°c for atleast 10 min.
- Seive together ragi flour,wheat flour,salt,baking powder,cocoa powder,in a same bowl add brown sugar,dahi,and butter,sugar,brown sugar.pour milk,curd,vanilla essence,whisk the curd before adding in a bowl.now mix everything well untill combined and smooth.beat the batter consistently.
- Now pour the mixture in a cake bowl and bake for 30 to 35 mun.when the cake is done insert a toothpick if it's comes clean then it's done with the baking.cool the cake for 15 min before removing from the rack.and serve cool.
- Healthy ragi cake is ready to serve.
