  2. Seive together ragi flour,wheat flour,salt,baking powder,cocoa powder,in a same bowl add brown sugar,dahi,and butter,sugar,brown sugar.pour milk,curd,vanilla essence,whisk the curd before adding in a bowl.now mix everything well untill combined and smooth.beat the batter consistently.
  3. Now pour the mixture in a cake bowl and bake for 30 to 35 mun.when the cake is done insert a toothpick if it's comes clean then it's done with the baking.cool the cake for 15 min before removing from the rack.and serve cool.
  4. Healthy ragi cake is ready to serve.
