  1. Drain and flake salmon, take out any bones.
  2. Add all ingredients except pecans, combine well.
  3. Chill for several hours or overnight
  4. Shape into log and chill for 2-3 more hours
  5. Sprinkle pecans on wax paper, roll log in pecans
  6. Chill until ready to serve, serve with crackers of choice. I use Ritz, enjoy!
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

Place pecans and parsley on wax paper; roll log in mixture until coated. Take the butter out of the fridge to soften. In a bowl mix the soft cheese and the cream with a tsp of lemon. Slice the bread lengthwise and remove the crusts. On your working top flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin.
