  8. Cook for 30 minutes. Press middle of cake - should bounce back, not sink.
  9. Beat marg, add icing sugar and mix carefully.
  10. Dissolve coffee in 1 tbsp boiling water.
  11. Add to icing, beat well.
  12. When sponges are totally cold, sandwich them together with icing and also ice the top.
  13. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
