As milk is used instead of water, the cake will be spongy. The sugar in condensed milk is enough for sweetness. If you want it more sweeter, add powdered sugar in milk and butter. In a bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks are formed.

Steps to make Elaichi cake:
  1. Take a bowl and put refined flou in it. Now put powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder and elachi powder in the flour and mix it well.
  2. Now put the milk in the flour mixture gradually to maintain the thickness of the batter. Now add some gems in to the batter and mix it properly.
  3. Now take a mould and grease it with butter and keep the butter paper inside it. Put the batter into the mould with spoon.
  4. Now keep the mould into oven and bake it for 30-35 minutes. After that check it with the help of toothpick if it is still sticking to toothpick, we can bake it for few minutes more.
  5. Now takeout the cake from mould and remove the butter paper from it. Cake is ready and looking really tasty. We can put some gems pieces for garnish.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

If you want it more sweeter, add powdered sugar in milk and butter. In a bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks are formed. In an another bowl, mix sugar, butter and oil with an electric mixer or a hand whisk. Once everything is incorporated add egg yolks, one at a time. In a mixing bowl, add premix, water, oil, milk powder and cardamom powder.
