- Firstly, a day before you make the receipe just wash and soak the rice, chana dal, urad dal and moong dal for 6 hours.
- After that with the use of mixture grinder add a 2 tbs curd in it and grind the all dal.
- Cover the batter and keep it aside for 4 hr.
- Add bottle guard, cabbage, carrot, ginger-green chilli garlic paste,salt as per taste, turmeric, red chilli powder, asafoetida, sesame seeds, jaggery, dhaniya powder, oil
- Take a non-stick pan. add 4 tbs of oil, musterd seed, sesame seeds. After 2 min, add batter and wait for 15 to 20 min. Please keep the flame in medium position.
- Turn it around after 15 to 20 min. It should look like the image shown here and wait for another 15 min.
