  5. Pour half of mixture into cake tin then put into oven for 21 mins at 170°C Fan oven. Repeat for second half of mixture.
  6. Mix 85g soft butter, rest of coffee mixture and then approx 200g icing sugar. The mix may appear creamy and liquidy, if it drips easily from a spoon then add more icing sugar; it should be of a somewhat thick consistency. This needs to be tasted, if too buttery then more icing sugar may be needed.
  7. Once icing is made and the cake mix has been baked, place one half of the cake down flat side up and spread half of the icing on top. Place the second half of the cake flat side down on top of the first and then cover the top with the rest of the icing. Top/decorate with walnuts and its done .
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
