- Prepare 1 Cup chopped Dark Chocolate
- Get 1/2 cup Amul fresh Cream
- Prepare For Chocolate frosting:-
- Take 3/4 cup Tropolite whipping cream
- Make ready 5-7 Tbsp Chocolate Ganache

Steps to make Death by Chocolate Cake:
- Melt the dark chocolate compound. Make flowers with the help of a mold to decorate the top of cake. Refrigerate this chocolate to use later for decorating. Now for making Cake:- In a large bowl, first add sugar and brown sugar. Then add dahi, milk, vanilla essence, baking soda mix with vinegar (or 1 egg + 1/2 tsp baking soda) and oil. Do not over mix if required add water in tbsp quantity to make mixture. Here I added 5 to 7 Tbsp hot water. Mix well slowly in one direction to make smooth batter. Batter should be perfect consistency.
- Pour the batter into the grease cake tin with butter paper inside. Tap the tin to spread evenly. Spread salt on bottom of pot. Place a stand inside. Pre-heat on high flame for 5 mins. Now place cake tin on the stand and close the lid. First bake on medium flame for 5 mins then turn gas to low flame and bake for 40 mins.
- While cake is baking let make Chocolate Ganache: - Boil fresh cream over medium heat, then add the chopped dark chocolate and let melt for 1 to 2 minutes without any lumps. Turn off the gas. Mix well. Cover and keep aside to set Ganache.
- Check with a toothpick, if its clean then cake is ready to remove. Remove cake tin and let it cool before de-molding. Cut the cake into 2 horizontal layers. Spread chocolate ganache on one layer. Spread chopped chocolate over ganache. Put other layer on top of chopped chocolate. Now smoothen/spread ganache on top layer and all sides of cake. Refrigerate cake for 10 mins before decorating with chocolate frosting.
- If you do not want chocolate frosting. Decorate the top and all sides of cake with grated chocolate. Before serving, refrigerate cake for at least 30 mins. For Chocolate Frosting: - Make chocolate frosting by whipping tropolite and chocolate ganache by electric beater. The consistency should be creamy but can hold peaks
- Spread this frosting on top and on all sides of the cake evenly. Decorate with chocolate flowers, 2 Munch bar. Spread the grated chocolate on top and all sides of the cake. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Death by Chocolate Cake is ready. Cut it into pieces and serve.
