- Now in a blender add cream n half mango Puree blend and make thick paste.Mix this paste with cream cheese.Then pour this over the biscuit layer in the mould.Set as layer keep in the freezer till set.
- Now heat pan add left over mango puree add water reduce this puree stir continuously till colour changes add 1 spoon sugar (optional)off the flame.left it to cool.
- Then pour this puree in the centre of the cake also cover sides with chopped mangoes.Garnish centre with tutti fruity.keep it in the freezer till it sets properly.
- When done demould and serve chilled.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
