Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating until smooth after each addition. Add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and espresso powder to a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.

Steps to make Chocolate cake:
  1. Grind Butter,oil and sugar
  2. Grease with oil in pressure or a cake tin
  3. Place butter paper and grease oil on butter paper too
  4. Left our biscuits full of 2cups,transfer to jaar and grind 1mint and make fine powder
  5. After biscuits powder mix 1cup of warm milk and blend 30sec
  6. Transfer into bowl,baking soda +baking powder 1tbs,milk 1tbs and mix them properly
  7. Smooth batter ready..pour in cooker, spread uniformly place on tawa cover lid and bake @low flame - approx 40 mints
  8. Remove lid after 40 mints..if baked completely Demould when cooled completely !
  9. Remove butter paper, apply chocolate ganache (optional) and then shredded chocolate (optional)
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
