Steps to make Tri Flavoured Cake:
  1. Take maida, baking powder, baking soda and sugar
  2. Take malai, in a mixing bowl combine together malai and sugar, mix well and add condensed milk
  3. Then blend well with a wire whisk until becomes light and fluffy
  4. On the other gas cook grated carrot with sugar, cook on lie heat until the sugar melts properly and all the moisture evaporates
  5. Seive the maida, with baking powder and soda, four times. Then add the dry ingredients, little by little, to the wet ingredients and mix well, by cut and fold method
  6. Now add milk to adjust the consistency, mix gently, now add vanilla essence
  7. Now divide the batter into three bowls, in one bowl add the carrot mixture, in the second one add the chopped pistachios and kiwi crush and the third one will be as it is, mix them nicely
  8. Now grease and dust the cake tin, first pour the carrot mixture on top, then vanilla mixture and finally the pistachios mixture in the bottom
  9. Now place the cake tin in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 - 40 minutes, when done then take out the tin from the oven and let it cool down
  10. Then unmould the cake and cut into slices, you can see the three different shades
  11. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
