  1. First let make the Malai. In a pan add milk. Then add Malai and condensed milk. Let it boil and reduced to half. Now add the sugar but please check the sweetness before adding as condensed milk is sweet and the cake will also be sweet. Let it cook till it becomes quite thick. Let it cook.
  2. Now for the cake. Soak the kesar in warm water. Mix all the dry ingredients first. Then add the fresh cream or Malai. Mix it. Then gradually add the milk so that no lumps is formed. Also add the kesar water. Mix them well.
  3. Now take a baking container grease it well with butter. Pour the mixture. Now pre heat the oven and bake it for 30-40 min. Check with a toothpick. Now when done. Let it cool
  4. Now take the cake place it on a plate. Apply the Malai all over it. Garnish it with kaju kismis and badam.
