  1. Sieve together maida, baking powder, soda
  2. In bowl mix together malai and sugar very well
  3. Add vanilla essence in malai and sugar mixture
  4. Now add slowly Maida mixture in this mixture
  5. Lastly add red colour
  6. Now bake it in oven for 40 mins at 180°c in preheat oven or till it bakes
  7. Add red colour in Whipped cream and decorate cake. Red velvet cake is ready to serve.
