- Sieve together maida, baking powder, soda
- In bowl mix together malai and sugar very well
- Add vanilla essence in malai and sugar mixture
- Now add slowly Maida mixture in this mixture
- Lastly add red colour
- Now bake it in oven for 40 mins at 180°c in preheat oven or till it bakes
- Add red colour in Whipped cream and decorate cake. Red velvet cake is ready to serve.
