Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder; add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Line with parchment paper, then butter and flour the pans. Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder.

Steps to make Chocolate cake:
  1. First, grease the tin with butter or ghee & keep aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl put 1/2 cup chocolate & microwave it at intervals of 30 secs till it melts.
  3. In a big bowl add curd, oil, sugar & whisk well.
  4. Then add melted dark chocolate to this mix n whisk again.
  5. Then add maida, baking powder, soda, cocoa powder, essence & mix well
  6. Add milk as required.
  7. Transfer the batter to greased tin & bake it in a preheated oven @ 180 degrees for 30-35mins.
  8. Once done let it cool to room temperature. De mold it.
  9. Melt the remaining dark chocolate with the same process.
  10. Add 1 tsp cream to it & mix well.
  11. Pour the ganache on chocolate & put some choco chips on the top.
  12. The cake is ready. Enjoy 😋
