- Preheat OTG on 180 degree for 10 minutes.put cake mould in it.bake cake for 40to 45 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate by double boiling method.add fresh cream.mix well.Ganache is ready
- Whip cream till soft peaks. divide cake in three layers. moist cake with sugar syrup.apply whipped cream Coat the cake with chocolate mousse.now pour chocolate ganache on cake.
- Decorate it with sugar decoratives.cake is ready.
