- Break the 2 packet of Oreo/Bourbon Biscuit (any chocolate biscuit) into a mixy jar and powder them finely.

- Take the grinded biscuit powder into a bowl and add 1/2 spoon Eno Powder. Then add 100 grams of powdered sugar to it and mix well.
- Take 1 egg in a separate bowl and beat it well.
- Now add the beaten egg into the biscuit powder mixture and mix it.
- Finally add 200ml of milk (required) into it and mix it well till it reaches a form (should not be too solid or too liquid).
- Grease a pan with butter and pour the cake batter into it.(half fill the pan)
- Add salt/sand/water as a base into the Cooker/idli cooker and pre-heat it for 20 mins. Keep a stand inside the cooker.
- Now keep the cake pan into the Cooker. Close the cake pan with plate so that the stream droplets will not enter into cake.
- Close the cooker lid without the cooker weight and allow it to cook for 40-45 mins. Cake is ready.
- Open the lid, take the cake out and allow it in room temperature for 15 mins. Take the cake into a plate and the spongy chocolate cake is ready.
- Toppings: Take dairy milk and add 2 tbspoon of milk into a pan and heat it until it takes the semi liquid form. Pour it on the cake and springle with nuts (cashew/Raisins)
