- For white chocolate ganache, Add grated the white chocolate in a bowl. Add butter,milk and rose essence. Heat it on a double boiler. Stop cooking when the mixture turns smooth and glazed.
- Let the cake cool to room temperature. Pour the white chocolate ganache over the cake. Decorate with dry rose petals.
