  9. Grease three thali or pot and pour the batter immediately in to greased Thali
  10. Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes.keep aside
  11. Heat the remaining oil in a pan
  12. Add mustard seed,curry patta and sesame seeds, green chilli,and saute for 30 second on medium flame
  13. Add water,salt,sugar and lemon juice
  14. Remove from heat
  15. Pour the tempering over each dhokla layer
  16. Time to assemble all three
  17. Place green layer as bottom layer, spread green chutney on it
  18. Cover with another layer
  19. Spread grated paneer on it
  20. Cover with third and final layer
  21. Garnish shredded coconut, chopped coriander leaves and curry patta,cut and serve with chutney and sauce
