- Now pour the mixed batter into the pan. Spread it evenly and cover it with a lid. Cook on a low flame for about 10 minutes.
- Open the lid and flip it gently. Add ghee a little, cover and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
- Now the Poda Pitha is ready. Take it out from the pan, cut into desired shapes and serve.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
