  6. Open the lid and flip it gently. Add ghee a little, cover and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
  7. Now the Poda Pitha is ready. Take it out from the pan, cut into desired shapes and serve.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
