- First soak rice for 2 hrs
- Peeled off sweet potato washed and boil with water and salt for 3 whistles in cooker… After it gets boiled strain them in a big strainer and keep aside keeping them in strainer for half an hour….
- Blend soaked rice and boiled sweet potato together along with salt.. Prepare a batter like dropping consistency…. Add roasted dryfruits, sugar powder and cardamon powder and grated shredded coconut in it and mix them well together…..
- Preheat oven for 5 mns…. Grease the baking bowl with ghee and pour the batter and bake in dual mode (convection +Micro) for 40mns in200° or
- You heat a iron woke or cooker…. Grease banana leaf with ghee…. Place the greased banana leaf In cooker…. Pour the batter…. Cover the lid without whistle… Cook in low flame for 45mns or till the inserts in it and comes out clean….
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
