  26. Get (200 grams) 1 chocolate fondant bar (dark chocolate)

Also melt chocolate with milk or nuteral gel to dripping consistency.

Now we will layer the cake evenly in two layers and on first layer I have added a Dutch cream for this I used little plain whipping cream with chocolate ganache next spray normal water on cake sponge it and Dutch frosting layer and pop few dried cranberries and a tablespoon of chocolate ganache further flip the upper layer of cake and again spray with water and add little Dutch frosting like crumble coating and set it for 10 minutes in refrigerator.

At this point remove the cake and cover it with all blue whipped frosting prepared remove the cake crumbs aside and drizzle the chocolate ganache dripping all over towards the edge of the cake and then add the ganache in the center on top layer of cake spread it well then sprinkle cake crumbs and in between add chopped chocolate. Let it cool in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
