Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Line with parchment paper, then butter and flour the pans.

Steps to make Chocolate Cake:
  1. In a blender add eggs,sugar,oil and cocoa powder. Blend it till it forms a cream like consistency.
  2. In a bowl sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl pour the blended mixture. Gradually add some flour and milk. Mix it.
  4. Add Vanilla extract and mix it.
  5. Grease some oil in a mould on all sides. Place the baking paper and pour the mixture. Add some nuts above it.
  6. In a stove place the Curry pan and place a wired stand inside it. Preheat for 5 mins.
  7. Place the mould on the stand,cover it and cook for about 35-40mins.
  8. If you are baking in Oven preheat the oven for 30mins and Bake it in 180 degree celsius.
  9. The cake is done. Cool it completely and then demould it.
  10. Cut in pieces and serve.
  11. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
