A truly excellent recipe that always turns out fluffy and oh-so moist. Topped with the rich and delicious cream cheese frosting, this cake is truly the best ever.

The ingredients needed to make Strawberry Cake:
- Get Egg-3
- Get Sugar-1cup(Regular)
- Get Oil-3/4cup(Regular)(Here I have used canola oil)

- Prepare Strawberry- 15(grind strawberries with sugar as per the sweetness of your berries.I have added 1/4cup of sugar. This we will use in our sugar syrup and the whipping cream in the cake
- Get Heavy whipping cream-2 cup(For Strawberry cream)
- Get Sugar-1/2cup(Depends on the seeetness of the strawberry syrup. Less or more you can make necessary changes as per your choice)(For Strawberry cream)
My family likes to eat it with a bit of whipped cream. This is a fantastic recipe that is simple yet delicious and beautiful. Was perfect for a Father's Day meal. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, gelatin, sugar and flour.
Instructions to make Strawberry Cake:
- Take a bowl. Add eggs and sugar. Beat it with a elect beater or hand blender till the mixture becomes creamy and light yellow in color.Then add oil, milk and Vanilla essence to it. Beat it again to properly mix it.
- Then take a sieve. Sieve All purpose flour & baking powder. Now add the dry ingredients mixture slowly to the liquid ingredients and mix properly with a spatula by cut and fold method. Mix 2 tbsp of prepared strawberry syrup to the cake mixture. Instead of using strawberry essence here I am using fresh strawberry fruit pulp which enhanced the taste of this cake.
- Grease a baking pan. Put a parchment paper and grease it properly. Dust some flour in all the sides of the pan and throw the excess flour.
- Pour the mixture on the center of the pan and bake it in a preheated oven of 350F for about 35mins.
- After 35mins, just check with a skewer and if it comes out clean then the cake is ready. Else bake it for more 5mins or so.
- Once cooled down, loosen the cake from the sides of the pan and it will release automatically. Let it completely rest for 3 hours or so.
- After 3 hours, cut the cake in layers and first apply the strawberry sugar syrup and then the prepared strawberry cream on the top of each layer. Decorate the cake as per your choice.
- Steps for Strawberry cream:-Beat the cream still soft peaks arises. Then slowly add the powdered sugar to the cream. Mix it properly. Add the remaining strawberry pulp to this whipped cream.Mix it properly and the cream is ready. Now you can apply this cream on the layers of the cake and decorate it as per your choice. As we have added the fresh fruit pulp to the cream, the freshness of the cake enhanced🥰

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the milk, strawberry reduction, strawberry emulsion, vanilla extract, lemon extract, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pink food coloring.
