Shred the coconut, Small onion, garlic & sand ginger /Parut kelapa,bwg merah putih,kencur -slice the small chili & green chili /cabe rawit &cabe ijo iris serong -slice the soya Bean cake then put to steam 7minutes /tempe iris sesuai selera Lalu steam 7menit(tujuan supaya tdk getir botolnya nanti)/
  2. Slice the fried tofu then put in the bowl /Iris tahu sesuai selera -add in the soya bean cake /masukan Tempe - add the chili /irisan cabe -beat the egg/ telur kocok -put in all the ingredients except eggs& salted fish -mix well /masukan kelapa bwg merah putih kencur yg sdh diparut,gula,garam, royco/ aduk2 hingga tercampur icip
  3. Tate it/ Icip rasa pas sesuai selera - add the salted fish &egg mix well/ masuk Teri& telur aduk hingga tercampur -take 4tbs wrap with banana leaf lock it with toot pick/ lalu ambil 4sdm bungkus dgn daun pisang
  4. Reheat the wok after boiling put in/ Panaskn steman klu dadang setelah air mendidih - Steam for 30minutes/ stem 30 menit. -I use oven I reheat the oven 5minutes/ q pakai oven Panakn oven 5menit - then put the banana wrap steam for 30minutes/ Lalu masukan steam 30menit -Ready to serve go well with white rice./ Siap sajikan dgn nasi putih.
