BUT Zwetschgen aren't ordinary plums, a Datschi isn't really a Kuchen, and a Kuchen is most definitely not a cake! Sweet and juicy plums make the perfect main ingredient for impressive cakes.

  5. Now mix butter and brown sugar in a bowl.Now mix milk and vanilla essence in a bowl.
  6. Add milk and vanilla essence.
  7. Blend till the batter is combined and dry fruit and orange juice mix. Gently mix.
  8. Add cashewnuts almonds and walnuts.
  9. Further transfer the cake batter into the cake mould.
  10. Bake at 180° c for 40 to 45 minutes.
  11. Plum Cake is ready. Garnish with cherries and nuts.
  12. Finally serve the Plum Cake.
