- Bring to boil and Let it simmer at low medium flame for 5 minutes and then switch off the gas.
- Let it cool down completely. Remove star anise.

- Now take two mixing bowl and sieve the flour thrice to incorporate air into it.
- Add nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger powder, baking powder and baking soda. Dry mix.

- Add cooled down nuts cooked earlier in it.
