  2. Chop all the dry fruits and add 1 tbsp plain flour to it and mix it very well so that it doesn't sink to the bottom of the cake while baking.

If the tins are small, then it will be baked in one hour but if you are using 9 inch tin then after 1 hour reduce the oven temperature to 150 degree and bake it for another 30 minutes until done. Now take out the cake tin and leave it for 5 minutes then take it out from the tin and put it on the wire rack and let it cool down completely.
  7. Cut and store the fruit cake in an airtight container.
