  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan. When boiling point comes slow the flame and let it simmer on low flame till it turn thick or half in quantity. It will take approximately half an hour or more.
  2. Soak saffron strands in 2 tb sp milk and then add in this thickened milk and add sugar and stir well till sugar dissolves completely. Simmer it again for 10 minutes whil stirring continuously. Switch off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl and when it comes to room temperature refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  3. Now cut the bread slice in round shape with the help of a small glass. 2 round shape bread slices will be made with one slice. Like wise cut all. Chop all dry fruits and crumble milk cake piece.
  4. Take one round slice. Place milk cake over it along with chopped dry fruits.
  5. Now apply little water on its edges and place the other bread round over it and press it gently on edges to seal. Like wise make all the pockets.
  6. Now place it on a serving plate. Pour rabdi over it. Garnish with remaining dry fruits and serve.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
