- Once chilled, roll each of the cookie dough in granulated sugar to fully coat it. Then cut them into equal portions and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
