  5. Now add maida few milk mix one direction add baking powder, baking soda.
  6. Now add maida add milk as required mix nicely & well no lums should be there.
  7. The batter should be neither thick neither thin.
  8. Place the butter paper on the cake tin now pour the batter on it then tap it properly.
  9. Now in preheat kadhai place it & cover it First 3 to min full flame then 40 to 45 min low to medium flame.
  10. Now the cake is ready. When cool up de-mold it keep aside.
  11. Now kadhai put on flame add rabdi add remanning saffron milk 11/2tsp sugar powder saute till thick now spread rabdi on the top.
  12. Serve it.
  13. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
