- Add vanilla essence add boiling water and oil.
- Sift all dry ingredients (cake flour, baking powder, cocoa) together
- Add to the egg mixture to the flour, add the boiling water and mix well
- Pour into a cake tin or cupcake pans and bake at 180deg for 20 minutes or until done.
- Once cooled, cut through add caramel, whipped cream and add ganache by melting the chocolate add the dessert cream add to the top of the cake, garnish with chocolate of choice,
