- Receipe: In a bowl add maida, coco powder,sugar, baking powder or fruit salt(eno) and mix it together.. In another bowl add melted butter, vanila essense, milk, milk maid and mix it together.. Nw combine the liquid mixture and maida mixture together.. (add more milk or sugar if required, batter should be slightly thinner than idli batter)
- Add some water in a pressure cooker and bring it to boil.. Grease the idli plates, pour the batter and steam them on medium flame jus for 5 minutes and your fluffy cakes are ready..!! Serve with chocolate syrup..
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
