Method: * Wash rice and urad dal in two exchanges of water and drain. Take care that the rice mixture is submerged in the water through out the soaking period. To level the cake, slice the top off with the help of knife; To Make Cake Icing : Place cake sponge on turn table, cut it from the sides first and then from the center to make even parts. Keep upper part of the sponge upside down.

- Mix with the mango pulp, pinch of salt, sugar & cardamom powder.

- Add the eno fruit salt and mix well.
- Pour into a greased steel tiffin box & steam for 15 minutes. Let it cool down a bit before demoulding it.
- Slice the prepared dhokla into half. On one half, spread some shrikhand,
