I used a huge chunk of milk chocolate for the ganache that I picked up at Whole Foods. The ingredients needed to make Oreo Cake with Ganache:

  2. Take 2 packets Oreo biscuits
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup milk
  4. Get 1 packet fruit salt(Eno)
  5. Take For ganache
  6. Prepare 1 dairy milk bar
  7. Make ready 4 tbsp cream
  8. Make ready 1 tsp sugar
  9. Prepare 1 tsp butter
  10. Take Garnish
  11. Prepare Pomegranate seeds

As you assemble the cake, pipe a dam of buttercream around each layer and fill in with a thin layer of ganache. Then, spread Oreo Buttercream over the thin layer of ganache for your filling. Pour the ganache on top and allow to drip. Try not to chop the Oreos too finely.

Steps to make Oreo Cake with Ganache:
  1. Roughly break oreo biscuits and add them in a blender jar along with the milk. Blend and make a smooth batter.
  2. Take out the batter in a bowl and add fruit salt. Mix immediately and add the batter to your cake mould.
  3. Cook your cake in the oven at 180 degrees or alternatively, add salt in a pan, place a stand and put your cake tin with batter on it. Cover with lid and cook for 15-20 mins. You can also cook it in the microwave in 2.5- 4 mins(depending on your cake mould).
  4. While the cake is cooking, make your ganache by warming cream on low heat and adding sugar to it. Now remove the cream from heat, add chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts. You can use any chocolate that you may like.
  5. Demould the cake, top it with ganache, garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve. Your cake is ready in under 15 mins!
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

Pour the ganache on top and allow to drip. Try not to chop the Oreos too finely. Stacked Oreo Layer Cake ***** White cake. I used the Wilton fanci-fill pan and filled the center with the Oreo filling (this recipe made the perfect amount for the filling though if you want extra to decorate the top of the cake then I suggest making an extra half of the filling recipe). I iced the cake with chocolate ganache instead of using the chocolate icing part of this recipe.
