  1. Take all dry ingredients in a bowl - maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda. Sieve 3-4 times. In another bowl add butter and sugar together. give a nice whisk until it becomes little fluffy. Now add condensed milk to this butter mixer and mix well. Add vanilla essence and coffee powder to the milk. Add little milk and little of dry ingredients into batches and give a nice and soft mix with cut and fold method.
  2. Place this batter in the greased tin or tin lined with parchment paper and bake it at 180 degree for 30 minutes. once done, take the cake out of oven and let it cool for half an hour before unmoulding.
  3. You may cut the upper crust of the cake to level it. now spread sugar syrup onto this cake gently. To make chocolate truffle, heat the cream in a pan. Turn off the gas and now add chocolate cut into pieces and mix gently. apply this truffle all over the cake. cover it fully.
  4. Now take chocolates of your choice to decorate it. Here I have used Kitkat for walls and Ferrero Rocher, Dairymilk shots, Rock chocolate, Choco sticks and other chocolates for decoration.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
