  6. Make ready As needed For the Filling: Oreo Vanilla Cream (Separated)
  7. Take 2 tbsps Butter Cream or Anything of your choice

Whisk eggs, honey and powdered and whisk it well to get fluffy cakes. Add milk and vanilla essence, mix well. Add the wheat flour mixture to the liquid and mix well so that no lumps are formed. However, custard, chestnuts (kuri), and cream (matcha cream, cream with fruits, etc.) are also popular.

  1. To begin with: Let’s first separate the Oreo Cream from the Cookies & keep each one of them in separate bowls/plates…
  2. Now, in a blender jar: Add in the Broken (with hands) Oreo cookies, break open the egg & the milk altogether and blend it to a nice smooth mixture- Once sieve it for sure so as to avoid any lumps- Transfer it to a separate bowl- Mix in it the Baking Powder, whisk well & cover it to rest & bloom for about 10-15 mins time

Now, with the fillings reserved, in another bowl- Add into it, the butter cream or similar of your choice & mix it nicely to form the fillings for this Doras…Time to heat up a frying pan over the medium flame (no oil/shortening is called for) and scoop out one small ladle full of the Oreos Chocolate Mixture/Batter & pour into it
  4. Reduce the flame to the low-medium now & maintain this, throughout until the Doras are all fried/cooked…Allow its one side to get cooked for a couple of mins time & you’ll notice certain bubbles formations on it- Flip it over onto its other side & let this side be cooked too, for another one minute or so- Transfer it to a separate plate
  5. Once all are done cooking- It’s now time to assemble it with its fillings- On your work station or the platform (cleaned hygienically) Spread each time- One piece, apply a generous amount of the prepared filling on the one & cover it up with the other one- Follow the same procedures for the remaining Doras- Now, in order to showcase the very fillings….
  6. Cut a couple of them from its middle…Arrange & Assemble accordingly & then, transfer it directly to the serving plates/platters…. Enjoy
