Drain the mushrooms and slice into very thin slices. Heat a wok or large saute pan over high heat. When hot, swirl in the cooking oil. Add the pork and cook until browned and almost cooked through.

  6. Drain the rice cakes and add to the sauce.
  7. Mix thoroughly to ensure each rice cake is coated evenly with the sauce and coriander.
  8. Ready to eat! It is best to serve immediately as the rice cakes begin to stick to each other as they dry out. You may wish to adjust the amounts of each sauce ingredient to your liking.
