- Take 3 cubes maggi
- Make ready 3 pieces Red pepper(attarugu)

Steps to make Beans Cake (Kosai):
- Suck your beans with water in a clean bowl for 5 minutes. You then pill and remove the coat of the beans, wash it thoroughly and set aside. Wash your red pepper,dice your onion add all together in the washed beans.
- Put them all together in the blender and blend. Add Maggi, salt and mix them thoroughly. Put your frying pan on cooker and pour the vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, use tablespoon to pour the batter in the hot oil to fry & turn the other side so that it will be fried too.
- When both sides are well fried. Remove the cake from the frying pan to a colender to drain the oil. Your Kosai is ready..uhmmm yummy😋
