  2. Peel radish and wash then grated it.Then.wash with water and squeezred and wash again to let the.bitter taste removed.
  3. Then.in a wook.add.oil and cook radish.keep stirring it until the wster evaporates.and pour all the dry ingredients.Keep mixing so that it will.not stick on the bottom of the wok.Keep cooking until radish are done.Then pour in.a tray ler it cool.Keep in the fridge.
  4. If you want to eat you can.just cut into square and steam or fry will do.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

You also easily find it at many dim sum restaurants through out the year though. Normally we don't have any holidays during Chinese New Year season in Australia. As for this year, Chinese New Year coincidentally falls on the same day as Australia Day.
