  3. Add sifted flour and then knead very well and make  a chappathi  like dough.
  4. Cover with damp cloth and keep aside for one hour.
  5. Divide dough in to equal sized thick strips, cut the triangle shape and make one deep cut in the centre.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry till golden brown on medium heat. Drain on paper towels and let it cool completely.  You can store  in air tight containers for up to 3 weeks.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
