It could be that I have no experience with Red Velvet cake but with this recipe the cake was much to heavy. The Icing was bland and honestly tasted like flour. Overall the cake was nothing special. However I am willing to try it again just to make sure it was not my own fault.

  1. Preheat heavy bottom kadai for 5 to 7 minutes' by placing stand on it and cover it with lid
  2. In mixing bowl take red velvet cake premix add milk and oil mix well till flowing consistency..no lumps shud form
  3. Grease cake mold with ghee dust some flour on in it..and spread evenly…now transfer cake batter in cake mold in one direction than dap it so no bubbles shud form
  4. Now keep it in preheat kadai cover it and let it bake it for 40 minutes…as its is baked remove from kadai and let it cool for 3 to 5 minutes
  5. Now unmold it slowly with help of greasing knife and place it on plate…now apply some Hershey's chocolate syrup on it and decorate with star sprinklers and rice sprinklers and Butter Scotch sprinklers or any decoration of your choice
  6. Now red velvet cake is ready to eat enjoy this dessert
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
